Terms and conditions of sale
These terms are temporary generic content. They must be reviewed, adapted and approved by the client before production use.
Purpose
These terms govern sales made through the Château Fleur de Lisse Vignobles Jade online shop.
They apply to any order placed by an individual or professional customer, subject to any required adaptations.
Products and availability
Products are described with care. Photos, vintages, stock levels and product characteristics may be adjusted according to the client’s final information.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including taxes, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
The client will specify applicable tax rules here, particularly for international sales.
Order and payment
The order is confirmed after cart validation, entry of required information and accepted payment.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Bank details are not stored by the shop.
Shipping
Delivery times, zones, fees and constraints must be completed by the client according to her carriers and destinations.
For some destinations, manual transport validation may be required.
Withdrawal right and returns
This section must be adapted to the products sold, the rules applicable to alcoholic beverages and the client’s commercial terms.
Responsible consumption
The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; consume responsibly.
